Your order is not accepted until Hanna’s Handmade confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Hanna’s Handmade may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after the order has been accepted. If we reject an order, make changes to it, or cancel it, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 5 – SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY

We are not responsible for delays in shipments and deliveries. All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the transport company, customs procedures, or other events beyond our reasonable control. When we deliver the products to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

Hanna’s Handmade uses Shopify’s services to provide the Services to you. However, for all purchases made in our store, the other party to the contract is directly Hanna’s Handmade. By using the Services, you agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transactions between you and Hanna’s Handmade, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the products or services purchased. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities resulting from or relating to your purchases and transactions with Hanna’s Handmade.
