Shipping Information

We ship orders on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are delivered to your nearest service point, parcel locker, or via PostNord, Posti, Matkahuolto, or their local international partners.

The estimated delivery time for our products is typically 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a product is lost or damaged during transit, please notify us immediately, and no later than 14 days from the delivery date, by email at hannamarja.handmade@gmail.com.

If the outer packaging itself is visibly damaged upon delivery, please file a complaint immediately with the shipping company/carrier responsible for the delivery.
